The Boy Became a Man Sir Malcom and the Missing Prince is yet another great audio drama from Lamplighter Theater. It is the story of the impertinent young Prince Hubert and his forced journey to becoming a wise and just man. There are lessons of hard work and a balanced time for pleasure, justice, and wisdom. It’s a good story for young people to hear over and over – we highly recommend it!

Great Story and Lesson on Humility/Maturity I downloaded the story for playing on a trip with my soon-to-be-10 grandson. We both loved it. I’m so glad to have stories that are both interesting and have life lessons to teach. My hope is that these will impact my grandson as he grows to be a man of God, with humbleness and compassion and trust that God will use circumstances to help him grow.

Exceptional This is our family’s favorite and we never get tired of listening to it over and over again. In fact, our children ask for a sequel to this great story. It is professionally done and exceptional in every way – the characters, story line, music, humor, great life lessons throughout, and we love the fabulous ending! Great Story For the Entire Family My entire family — 5-year-old boy, 8-year-old girl, 11-year-old girl, my wife, and I — enjoyed this story from start to finish. Great message about humility in this high-quality radio drama. New to Lamplighter, but within a week downloaded four stories with more to come. If you like Focus on the Family’s Radio Theater, you will also like Lamplighter, and even recognize a few voices here and there.

For Road Trips and Heart Adventures This was our first Lamplighter audio drama that our family has purchased. After friends recommending them highly, I’ve been wanting for awhile to own a few ourselves. When a last minute adventure for our family was planned that required over 5+ hrs. of driving I knew it was the time to purchase. We are all glad we did! Even Dad enjoyed the story while driving, and it spurred discussions with our kids (3 under 10) about the motives of our hearts. A purchase worth more than the money spent.

Wonderful Sorry Full of Practical Christianity This is my second story from Lamplighter Theatre’s collection, and I enjoyed it very much! I would recommend this to ask the youth and children so they can be persuaded to be hardworking and obedient to issues and elderly. Wonderful story!

Read the Book, Too We read the book first, and I’m glad we did because the audio drama, although fun to hear, is much abridged and loses some of the beauty and subplots of the story. Definitely worth a listen, but read the book, too.

Wonderful! Highly Recommended I grew up with this story and really enjoyed it! My family would listen to it over and over! I bought it for my nephews and nieces for Christmas- it was there first Lamplighter story to ever hear – and they loved it! They listened to it multiple times in a row. My husband listened to it and enjoyed it as well! It really makes the time go fast while driving! If you love an adventurous story with good lessons and a happy ending, this story is for you!
