This is the Best Lamplighter Drama Yet! I have listened to all of the Lamplighter Theater books that they have produced, and this one is the best yet! The story itself is thrilling (3 CDs instead of the usual two, which means there’s more time for more story!) Not only is it my favorite Lamplighter Drama, but it has made it onto my favorite stories of all time! Plus there are some awesome bookends that include awesome stuff about Finnian Jones, (who, by the way, is actually and factually totally terrific in his own right, and could totally use an entire drama about himself.)
So basically the point of this review is to tell you that you absolutely must listen to this audio drama or you are significantly missing out.

The Treasure of the Secret Cove We would highly recommend this story to everyone! The charictors, storyline, drama, suspense, the charictor’s personal values along with how they came to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior are inspiring and will touch your heart. The story kept us engaged, as if we were right there, in the story ourselves. Your whole family is going to enjoy this great story of sacrifice, love and redemption.

Awesome!! 😁 My family and I enjoyed this story very much!!! The arranged marriage in this story shows the age of the book, and I was thinking you would never have been able to convince young people of this day in time to marry even in those circumstances. The respect and morality isn’t in our culture today like in was back then. There’s a lot of ups and downs in the story- tons of drama and cliffhangers! We love all the lamplighter stories and all the Lamplighter books we have gotten as well!

Excellent & Entertaining We are so thankful for Lamplighter’s products and this was no exception. Safe, God-exalting literature for the whole family has now been made even more accesible and enjoyable in these audio dramas. My husband and I very much enjoyed The Treasure of the Secret Cove. Our children are only 2 & 5 yrs. so they were mostly along for the ride. Thank you for bringing back these little gems!

Gripping and Inspiring! We have purchased and listened to a number of the Lamplighter collection over the last few years and have enjoyed them all but this is our favorite so far! It is emotionally moving, exciting and most importantly, rich with biblical themes and truths. Adults will enjoy this one as much as the kids! Highly recommend.

Great Story I’ve heard 2 of the 3 CDs so far. I love all of the Lamplighter stories, but this one is going to be a true favorite. Mystery, romance, suspense, good triumphing over evil – all the essentials for an incredible listening experience. The actors and sound effects people do a marvelous job. I’m very glad I purchased this production.

Excellent Story We just finished listening to this story. We loved it. We have 5 children ages 14 and under and we all sit in the living room in the evening and listen to Lamplighter stories. After the second cd of Treasures of the Secret Cove, we couldn’t wait to put the third cd in to see what happened next. The characters were easy to understand (some stories my younger kids have a hard time understanding what the characters are saying). We have every Lamplighter radio drama story and we thoroughly enjoy listening to them. Can’t wait for more stories. I highly recommend Lamplighter Theatre radio drama stories.

Great Audio Drama I listened to this audio drama the day after it arrived and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of Lamplighter’s audio dramas are well done and Treasure of the Secret Cove was no exception. The story is engaging, the moral well taught, and the bookend story well fitting. I have been waiting for them to start telling us Finnian’s back story that they have been hinting at for a few episodes and this one finally sheds a bit of light on his past.
