Powerful‼️ We have every drama and this is definitely in the top 3… in this world we live in with an explosion of technology and a need for the latest and greatest, and a constant environment of unhealthy images portrayed to look like this and to have that, this story touches on being content. We tell our Sunday school kids that the opposite of content is greed. This is the season to definitely count your blessings and to be extremely thankful… I’m very thankful for Lamplighter Theatre 😍

Well Done! Bought this for my nine-year-old grandson and listened first myself, to check it out. Very impressive. Can’t wait to hear what he thinks, since he has devoured what the world has to offer in the Harry Potter series. Want to introduce him to more and better.

Exciting, Impactful, and Practically Helpful Story Our family so enjoyed this – it’s one of our very favorites now! We keep quoting it, laughing over it, and sharing the story with each other. Oh what a different world it would be if we could truly learn as Charlie did to not only “be content in whatsoever state I am”… yet in that contentedness to seek and save the lost, simply, and in love! Very Good! My son has listened to this story at least 4 times in the past 18 months. It is his absolute favorite out of all the Lamplighter audio dramas. I highly recommend all of them. They are each very well done with engaging stories that have good moral and spiritual lessons.

Fun Audio! I got this as a Christmas present and I really liked it. The climax made me cry and it was kind of a bumpy ride and then the end was very satisfying. I would say that the villains were a little on the quirky side rather than seeming scary or evil and I thought that was a little unrealistic. It definitely was a fun audio and it makes me want to read the book. It has Finnian Jones’s little side story at the beginning and end.

Stellar Production! What a journey! At the start, the main character struggles with envy and wonders why others have more. But as the story progresses he learns to be content and shares with others his thankfulness for the golden ship that saved him. I loved the suspense that filled the plot. I was incredibly impressed again by the quality of the drama, characters, voice actors, and sound design.
