Loved It! As usual, Lamplighter books exceed my expectation. I have every book we’ve ordered and this is just as good as all the rest.

Highly recommended Margelte was an orphan with an inspired heart and a creative mind in the ways of God. She learned to give her troubles to Him and prayed for ways to approach and turn a negative into a positive in others lives without reproach to them. In her mind, she was feeling she had a Queen in her past family. Due to friction in her adopted family, God led her to move into the city and find service work. While there she met a Dr who lived in the apartment above the one where she was employed. She shared her story and heart with him, and he felt her excitement about the royal family she felt she had come from. He did his research and found out her past for her, and it was an amazing find. Was Margelte a Queen?? Was she from a royal family like she imagined??? Well…. I loved the book, the character in Margelte no matter what she endured, so for you to find out was she from Royalty, please order the book and read it, it will keep you intrigued so you have to get to the end to find out. Once I started it, I read it through in one evening. Great book, and I highly recommend it. I loved the poem on page 78
Grant, Lord, unto my prayers,
A royal, noble soul
A regal heart, such as beseems
One who is wedded to Thy Cross,
A heart that spurns what earth esteems
Most rich and great, as naught but dross.
Oh yes, Marglete was a Queen in the eyes of God because of her heart for Him. I pray that poem for myself Eternal riches for obeying Him is far superior to any earthly riches.
