Excellent Read I love all the Lamplighter titles. This one was no exception.
I had to read it of course before I could give it to my grandson for his birthday. I hope to buy the other two in the series real soon.

Boys of Grit I was disappointed in this book, not much about Christ, faith, though the stories were good.

Another Great Book! I got this book for my brother who only likes true stories. He liked it so much that he asked me to get him the other books in the series. These are great stories of Boys who became men of honor, not because of themselves, but because of God!

Stories of Overcomers This book is made up of many short stories/chapters, each on a different man from history who overcame great tribulations (such as blindness, lameness, poverty, etc.). The stories are easy to read – by elementary age children or out loud by an adult to anyone. One per day is a way to encourage my son in overcoming obstacles.
