Splendid!! My 4 year old daughter and I loved listening to this. My daughter asked me today to listen to it for the third time. It is well done as all of these are. The content is not too mature or scary for this age range. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal Like other Lamplighter audio dramas, this one is phenomenal! It teaches Biblical concepts in an entertaining and touching way. It not only entertains, but changes one’s heart. It’s a great tool to teach your family about the big picture of suffering. This was enjoyed by our entire family, from ages 4 to 38.

I Loved It ! She learned a lot from her father. She learned about baskets and flowers. She also learned to trust in God, because He would never leave her. She had to go through tough times even though she didn’t do anything wrong.
I’ve listened to it several times since we got it. I learned that even when you go through through times, tell the truth because the truth will set you free.

A Basket of Flowers This is a wonderful story and very instructive to listen to as the story captures the essence of what it means to have humility in the face of unjust treatment, folly, hardship and sorrow. The father in this story clearly proclaims the Truth of God as he instructs his daughter to remain faithful, hopeful and humble in the face of hardship. This story really tells the source of the ability to endure such things–Jesus Christ and Him crucified. He knows all our sufferings because He has endured them for us and will give us the grace to suffer for the sake of Jesus. Very wonderful tale and biblical message.

The Basket of Flowers Fabulous story! Incredible drama! My kids were spellbound and didn’t want to get out of the van! Our family is walking through a very difficult trial right now, not unlike the trial in “The Basket of Flowers”. This remarkable story gave us hope that good will overcome evil and that God will never leave us.

Excellent Dramatization! Excellent Dramatization of the book. I was able to note some discrepancies between the book and the CD but they didn’t really take away from the message of the story. Would highly recommend to others!

Incredible Message On Truth This story took a childhood lesson to always tell the truth no matter the consequences (for the truth will prove itself in the end) and put it into the most beautiful setting. We used this as a discussion of the early Christians and their determination to stick to God’s truth regardless of the consequences. We highly recommend it for all the young ladies in your life.

Powerful, Convicting, Encouraging Never, EVER a dull moment or second in this audio book. I have tried MANY of audio book series with my family and this one takes the first place trophy by a ginormous margin! Amazing actors and beautiful music have you literally holding your breath the entire time. You end the disk with a urge to just fall on your knees and thank the Lord for His faithfulness and then get up and go on fully trusting and surrendering to Him! It’s amazing.

Simply Charming My children gobble up these stories! They listen to them over and over.
