Thought Provoking! I liked the thought process of this book. Some of it was kind of different then ALOEs other books, but I appreciated the way that it showed the results of listening to Folly and Pride or listening to Duty and Affection. A very interesting and funny book. Not so much of a spiritual book as it is life lessons.

Absolutely Brilliant! The Crown of Success is a heart warming, funny story we can all relate to. Each of us harbours a little bit of Nelly, Matty, Dick, and Lubing within ourselves. Each character has their individual strengths and weaknesses. This story personifies those characteristics and turns habits into places. Every day the children must trudge up to the town of Education just as we must likewise put our work before our play. The story follows these precious children as they learn some of life’s hardest lesson by being pickpocket of time by Mr. Procrastination and entreated to spend their time on frivolity by Miss Folly or Pride. The story reads fast, it took me maybe 3 days and is so very cute and fun. I am beyond glad I read this story and will recommend it to everyone!

Crown of Success We bought this book for our precious granddaughter who loves to read she enjoyed it immensely and said it was probably the most enjoyable Lamplighter book that she has read.
